I contacted Caralyn to add eyelets to my 1970s curtains and to take the hem up for me. She was super helpful over the phone and had a really speedy turnaround, 8 days in total from when I sent the curtains to her. I made some very heavy tapestry material curtains myself and was stumped when I realised they would need large rings to fit a substantial pole. I contacted Caralyn after seeing her online site. She rang me promptly and we discussed the project, I sent my curtains , she received them on Monday and they were returned on Thursday, with excellent quality heading and antique brass eyelets.
